Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Loughton
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 p/h
Days/ Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
The company
My client is looking for a dedicated and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a three-month contract. You'll be based in their open plan head office in Loughton and will support the team through this busy period.
Daily Duties
1. Invoice Management: Process invoices, manage accounts mailboxes, download and forward invoices, and handle remittances.
2. Supplier Coordination: Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases, set up accounts, complete forms, and ensure positive engagement.
3. Reporting and Documentation: Produce monthly reports, process expense claims, manage proof of delivery notes, and handle scanning and shredding of documents.
4. Communication: Answer department calls, take messages, and forward emails to relevant team members.
5. Administrative Support: Assist the Finance team with various administrative tasks.
