I am delighted to be working on behalf of a successful manufacturing company based in St Helens, who are looking for a finance manager to oversee the finance functions.
The role will involve having two direct reports along with completing the following duties:
1. Oversee all finance and accounting processes
2. Cashflow forecasts and cash management
3. Year-end financial reporting, profit & loss, balance sheets
4. Responsible for publishing the year-end financial reports
5. Fixed asset, accruals, prepayments and inventory
6. VAT returns, PAYE payments, HMRC returns
7. Management accounts
8. Reviewing aged debtors and pursue collection of debt when necessary
9. HR and payroll responsibilities
10. Support MD with budgeting
Skills:
1. Extensive accounts knowledge including QBE or fully qualified
2. Ability to manage the workload
