Who You Are You are a qualified solicitor with significant experience in providing legal advice specifically to local authority clients, focusing on adult social care law. You have expertise in a variety of legal matters including the Care Act 2014, Court of Protection applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, mental health law, adult safeguarding, and ordinary residence issues. You are capable of handling high-profile, sensitive legal cases and you are comfortable working in dynamic, high-pressure environments. What the Job Involves You will contribute to the delivery of services for Legal Services Lincolnshire by providing high-quality, efficient legal and administrative advice to the County Council and its external customers. Your responsibilities include assisting with integrated performance management and quality standards, developing strong relationships with various stakeholders, and providing legal advice to senior officers, council members, partners, and other clients. You will also lead, advise, and provide guidance on your area of responsibility, continuously looking for efficiencies and process improvements.
