Ionic Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Contracts Manager in Warrington.
Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including leisure, retail, and healthcare. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North West, managing teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 2-5 fit-out projects at any given time. You will ensure smooth project delivery, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with site teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple fit-out projects across the North West, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
* Overseeing leisure, retail, and healthcare fit-outs, ensuring high-quality finishes.
* Coordinating with Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.
* Ensuring projects comply with health & safety regulations and company standards.
* Budget management, cost control, and reporting on project performance.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fit-out sector.
* Ability to manage multiple projects (2-5 sites) simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of leisure, retail, and healthcare fit-outs.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in budget management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
* Relevant construction qualifications (preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
* £60,000 - £65,000 + package (dependent on experience).
