Job Description
* Accurately calculate wages, deductions, and benefits for employees.
* Regularly update and maintain payroll records.
* Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
* Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues.
* Prepare payroll reports for review by management.
* Work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance Department.
* Stay updated with any changes in legislation that may affect payroll.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency of the transport & distribution operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
* A strong understanding of payroll procedures and related financial tasks.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
