What will I be doing? Working within our PPE and Safety category you will be developing your knowledge of buying / category management by supporting the team with any administration tasks that need to be done, but its not just that. You will be working towards becoming a Category Manager in the next 2 years where you will have the opportunity to have your own portfolio of customers and clients. Our job is to put you on the road to that and always support you to go beyond amazing. What do I need to be successful? Skills This is an entry level role and at RS we will act like that, we aren’t looking for experience or knowledge in a similar role but we are looking for transferable skills. We are looking for someone with: Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Influencing skills The willingness to take ownership of projects An ability to use your own initiative to solve problem You will need some experience in a customer facing environment but we can train skills we need a good attitude.
