We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Consumer Finance team, supporting Pre-Enablement—a vital function that ensures Virgin Media O2 can seamlessly install services for customers. In this role, you'll be at the heart of decision-making, working closely with teams across Network Expansion, Networks, and Consumer to enhance financial performance and forecasting accuracy.
You'll be responsible for managing the Pre-Enablement P&L down to EBITDA and OFCF, providing valuable financial insights to partners, and developing cases that drive transformation and efficiency. Working alongside another Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring we hit our monthly and in-year targets.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
1. Finance qualification preferred (CIMA, CA, ACCA) or equivalent experience in a relevant financial role.
2. Proven track record to build positive relationships across Consumer and Finance teams, encouraging teamwork and alignment.
3. Strong influencing and decision-making skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and drive strategic outcomes.
4. Highly analytical approach, with sophisticated financial modelling skills and the ability to conduct robust commercial analysis, challenge assumptions, and simplify complex financial data.
5. Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of translating detailed financial insights into clear, actionable information for both financial and non-financial partners at all levels.
6. Experience engaging with and influencing senior professionals across Finance and Consumer to drive optimal commercial outcomes efficiently.
7. Willing to travel between company sites and offsite for meetings.
