What you'll be doing:

Leading internal NPD projects from concept to launch

Supporting customer presentations and sample development
*
Working alongside the Head of NPD to develop innovative, commercially viable products
*
Managing project timelines, documentation, and costs
*
Collaborating with technical, procurement, and production teams to ensure a smooth development process
What we're looking for:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in NPD

âś… Experience in costing, product trials, and managing briefs
