Working alongside the Police in custody suites caring for detainees. We are required to cover the custody suites 24/7 to ensure the safety of detainees, to a pattern agreed with the customer.
1. Salary £40,000 per year
2. £1000 bonus when completed 12 months service.
3. Full time - this entails fixed shift working: 06:45 to 19:00 for day shifts and night shifts of 18:45 to 07:00, working in a team rota pattern of 4 shifts on and 4 off. Rolling rota available 2 years in advance.
4. Part time - this entails fixed shift working: 06:45 to 19:00 for day shifts and night shifts of 18:45 to 07:00, working in a team rota pattern of 2 shifts on, 8 days, 2 nights, 4 days off. Rolling rota available 2 years in advance.
5. Average estimated overtime £3500 per annum
6. NMC/HCPC Registration paid
7. No previous forensic experience required as full training will be given.
The role requires the flexibility to work not only in your base Custody suite but across an assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area.

Qualifications
Essential
8. RN, RGN or (RMN with dual registration):2 years post qualification - Band 5 minimum
9. Paramedic 2 years post qualification.
10. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field: General Practice, A & E, Emergency Medicine, acute medicine, Walk in Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare or Ambulance Service

11. Driving Licence (required)
12. Must be a UK resident for 3 years + no gaps out of country more than 3 months
13. All candidates will be subject to Police Vetting
