Ensure all Clubhouse operations align with budgeted costs, including effective payroll control and cost management.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain exceptional service levels.
Drive product and service knowledge across the team, encouraging upselling opportunities and enhancing the overall guest journey.
Oversee reservation systems to ensure maximum capacity and seamless dining experiences.
Maintain a deep understanding of food, wines, and dietary requirements to advise guests effectively.
Monitor and improve Food & Beverage Gross Profit margins, adjusting pricing where necessary.
Implement training plans based on team needs, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills to excel in a five-star environment.
