Key Duties :
* Design engaging lesson plans that align with the VCE Business Management curriculum and cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
* Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, projects, and other forms of evaluation to monitor their understanding and progress.
* Work collaboratively with other teachers, department heads, and school leadership to align curriculum, share best practices, and support the overall academic goals of the school.
* Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate the varied learning styles and abilities of students in the classroom.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering respect and cooperation among students.
* Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational trends in the field of Business Management.
Skills & Experience :
* Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* Hold relevant qualifications in Education (4-year bachelor degree containing minimum 1 year teaching qualifications).
* Current VIT registration.
* Willingness to support the school's ethos and Islamic faith values.
* Proven experience of at least 1 year in VCE / Upper years Secondary in Vic / Australia.
* Ability to provide two education-based references from the last 5 years, including at least one from upper management.
* Teach year 9-12 in Business Management.
