Job summary We have a vacancy in our Transport Services team to provide administrative support for the team. The primary responsibility for this role is for Travel and Accommodation reservations for employees. Main duties of the job The purpose of the post is:o To support Transport Services with all aspects of administrative duties. To act as the first point of contact for travel requests and communications between health professionals and suppliers (both internal and external).Key dimensions of the post are:o To provide detailed administrative functions within a busy office environment or other non clinical settings, supporting a range of services provided to: o Community teamso A range of clinical teams both inpatients and communityo External accommodation providerso External public transport providers About us We're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
