We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
* Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
* Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes to the medical team promptly.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
* Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
* A compassionate approach with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
