The Team Leader role requires candidates that can promote a high-quality service, which promotes independence and choice to our service users enabling them to reach the optimum level of independence whilst living in their own home.
They should be able to manage and provide relevant support to the care team and have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. They should be professional, polite and attentive, whilst also being accurate and should be able to represent the business at a senior level, both internally and externally.
The candidate for this position will, always, act in such a manner as to justify public trust and confidence. They will play an essential role in the company, helping to enhance the good standing and reputation of the company and to serve in the best interests of individual clients.
