We are a fast-growing food production startup, supplying catering and event management companies. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help grow our client base and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify Growth Opportunities – Research and map out new business opportunities in the catering and event sector.
2. Build Strong Relationships – Develop and maintain strong partnerships with catering companies, event planners, and corporate clients.
3. Negotiate and Close Deals – Lead negotiations and secure long-term contracts with clients.
4. Support Sales Initiatives – Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
5. Contribute to Marketing Efforts – Work on branding, promotions, and campaigns to increase market presence.
6. Enhance Product Offerings – Work with the product development team to tailor offerings based on market demand.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the food, catering, or events industry).
2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills – ability to build trust and close deals.
3. A strategic thinker with a proactive approach – someone who identifies opportunities and drives business growth.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, while collaborating with internal teams.
5. Understanding of the catering and events market in London is a strong plus.
