Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining Cleanliness: Quickly cleaning and preparing equipment such as pots and pans for immediate reuse during busy periods. Receiving Deliveries: Handling and storing deliveries efficiently. Stock Management: Rotating and replenishing stock to ensure freshness and availability. Organising the Storeroom: Keeping the storeroom tidy and well-organised. Health & Safety Awareness: Being vigilant about health and safety in the workplace and utilising the HACCP system. Deep Cleaning: Performing thorough deep cleaning of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas, as required. Compliance: Adhering to all company and legal procedures related to food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and personal requirements. The Person: Experience in a similar role Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified Leads by example and lives our values. Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation. Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
