Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and inspiring art lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to develop their creativity and artistic skills.
- Organise and display student artwork in school exhibitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the art curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
- A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching art at secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
