The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our People and Recruitment Team, responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top-tier candidates for various roles within the organisation. We are looking for someone with a pro-active approach to identifying potential candidates on a range of online platforms based on their skills and qualifications. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate: Previous experience of working in a recruitment role, including as an internal recruiter, recruiter or similar role Understanding of full-cycle recruitment, interview formats and assessment criteria Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organisation and deal with sensitive information. Collating and interpreting recruitment data to present meaningful findings to the management team and identify alternative recruitment paths identifying alternative or streamlined methods for increasing recruitment process optimisation Typical Job duties would include: Pro-actively reaching out to potential candidates for a range of roles both technical and non-technical on a global basis, utilising online channels and professional networks Building relationships with potential hires Communicating with recruitment agencies on specific roles Sourcing and organising careers events and participation in job fairs Collaboration with hiring managers to write ads for current openings Posting openings on various Careers pages and online platforms and review incoming resumes. Source candidates through online channels Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes Interview candidates, including video and first-round interviews Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars. Report to hiring managers and People Team on status of open positions Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications Assist the management team with additional administrative support as required.
