Job Role: Recruitment Advisor
Location: Home based, with travel.
Salary: £36,595.09
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to join our team at GFSL.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Payroll, Projects, Finance, to Commercial & Supply Chain, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in FM or Engineering recruitment from an agency or in-house background - Essential
2. Experience of working within a large, multi-site business
3. Experience of public sector recruitment principles
4. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and influencing upwards (informal development of managers)
5. Diploma or Advanced Apprenticeship (level 3 qualification) in HR or Recruitment / CIPD
6. Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
