Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and assess Kids Wellbeing Support Groups and Adventure Activity Programme tailored for children and young individuals with disabilities. Drive awareness and engagement with our services within the community through effective promotion and outreach efforts. Cultivate supportive relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices heard. Coordinate and lead group activities aimed at fostering growth, development, and enjoyment. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members across all levels, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Advocate for the active participation of children and young people in decision-making processes affecting their lives, serving as a key point of contact as needed. Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding for all young people and colleagues, prioritizing their well-being and security.
