We currently have exciting opportunities to join the Occupational Therapy Junior rotation within an acute hospital setting, in a well-supported environment, gaining experience in a variety of specialities
The Trust operates from two primary sites; our new state of the art Tunbridge Wells Hospital, the first all single room NHS hospital in England, and Maidstone Hospital, home to the Kent Oncology Centre, one of the leading cancer treatment centres in the southeast.
The Tunbridge Wells hospital is also a level 2 trauma centre. All of this, and future plans for development make this an exciting time to be part of Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced Occupational Therapists to become part of our team to develop core occupational therapy skills and specialist knowledge whilst developing clinical leadership skills.
We prioritise the development of our staff and to support this, the following opportunities are available:
• Strong clinical and managerial supervision
• A full clinical induction programme for essential operational skills
• A bespoke and robust preceptorship programme to support newly qualified staff
• Individual professional development programmes

You will be required to participate in weekend working. Pay enhancement for unsocial hours is available in accordance to Pay and Condition Circular Agenda for change.
