Role: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2 days’ working from home)
Salary: Up to £32,000
A growing B2B Glasgow-based marketing agency has opened two marketing executive positions within their dynamic team. Established in 2019, they’ve rapidly evolved into industry leaders in B2B tech, SaaS, and Professional Services.
Their client base extends across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia, offering innovative, results-focused marketing solutions. Headquartered in Glasgow City Centre with a recent expansion to London, they foster a culture of enthusiasm, collaboration, and dedication. With a surge in existing customer subscriptions and numerous upcoming projects, it's an opportune time to join their growing business.
The role offers progression and development opportunities, with a hybrid working environment, convening in the office three days a week amidst music, a stocked beer fridge, and occasional social gatherings.
The Role
This role is well-suited for passionate marketing professionals who are eager to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and contribute significantly to end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns for global clients. You’ll cover content creation, campaign management, and aspects of SEO.
Responsibilities
* Craft compelling messages highlighting the value of their clients offer.
* Create and implement detailed marketing plans across various channels.
* Monitor and enhance SEO for continuous improvement.
* Produce engaging content for websites, physical materials, and social media.
* Clearly define and share what makes their clients stand out.
* Optimise data collection for strategic marketing insights.
* Ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of client projects.
* Act as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
Requirements
* Minimum of two years in B2B Marketing.
* Experience working with SEO and paid channels.
* Skilled in copywriting, concept development, and brand communication.
* Understanding of the connection between marketing efforts and sales.
* Ability to spot and capitalise on campaign opportunities for clients.
* Prior experience in campaign or project management.
* Experience with paid marketing campaigns is advantageous.
