* Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
* Deliver targeted one-to-one or small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy, or social skills.
* Monitor progress and contribute to regular assessments and review meetings.

* Maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive environment at all times.
Person Specification: We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.
* Calm, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent.
* Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to different situations.
* Confident working closely with young children, some of whom may display challenging behaviour or have limited communication.
* Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Skilled in promoting independence while offering appropriate support.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Previous experience in a school setting or working with children with SEN.
* A relevant Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEN qualification.
* Knowledge of autism, ADHD, and/or communication difficulties.
* Team Teach, PECS, or Makaton training (desirable but not essential - training can be provided).
What We Offer:
* A caring and inclusive school community that values every child.
* Supportive leadership and a collaborative staff team.
* Ongoing professional development and SEN training.
* A diverse and vibrant location in the heart of Kilburn, with excellent transport links.
* The opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on the lives of children who need it most.
