We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to take the lead in implementing, maintaining, and advancing our SHEQ management systems. Join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a SHEQ Lead, you will be ensuring that our projects are executed smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Taking the lead on the implementation of an updated SHEQ management system
2. Ongoing review of the ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems ensuring all related documentation remains suitable and effective
3. Undertaking internal audits of the management system both desktop and site based
4. Taking the lead on external audits with clients and accreditation bodies
5. Work with site management to ensure all training needs for the anticipated workload are met
6. Carry out Safety Induction Training on all new starters
7. Carry out Internal training courses to company employees
8. Reporting monthly on SHEQ stats
9. To assist the SHEQ Manager as and when required
Who We are Looking For:

1. Internal auditor trained
2. NEBOSH General or Construction certificate
3. Experience of implementing and managing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems
4. Full clean driving license
5. Strong communication skills
6. Experience in the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ management systems

Salary up to £40,000 dependent on experience. Hours of Work: 8-5 Monday to Thursday with 1 hour lunch and 8-4 on a Friday.
