Customer Service Administrator Temporary (At least 3 months) Newry The Role: Our client requires a Customer Service Agent to join their company and become an integral part of the team. The Customer Service Administrator will be part of the Sales Team, responsible for always providing an outstanding customer service experience, processing orders received both via email and over the phone, and building great relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls providing information, advice and guidance on products that are provided Take customer orders via telephone and email, accurately inputting them into our in-house system before our daily deadline Work closely with customers and our logistics team in addressing delays, shortages, breakages, returns and customer complaints. Chase purchase orders & delivery dates with customers Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for the business and its products to ensure that you can aptly assist Customers with any queries. Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard whilst being committed to achieving tight customer SLAs and helping the team to achieve its KPIs. Respond to customer queries via email, in a timely and professional manner to resolution Work closely with the finance department to ensure that they have all the information they require prior to closing the books monthly Essential requirements: GCSE English and Maths Grades A- C At least 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales Well-developed interactive, organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient computer skills with data entry and communication: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of food industry is helpful Dynamic personality Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, one Saturday a month 08:00-12:00 Salary: £24k - £25k (depending on experience) Benefits: Attractive benefits package Why use Staffline?
