The Package: We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) to work with companion animals. While holding a certificate is advantageous, we are also happy to support further qualifications for those keen to develop their skills. For us, it’s all about finding the right person, and our current team of vets all have bespoke arrangements. Role Specifics: Comprehensive equipment including ultrasound, dental radiography, digital DR radiography, dedicated theatre with laparoscopy and endoscopy, and a CT scanner arriving in 2025. Award-winning facilities with separate cat and dog wards and consulting rooms. Opportunities for professional development, including CPD allowance and certificate options. 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays. No more than 1 in 4 weekends (morning consults only). Support from visiting specialists in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, imaging, and cardiology, with access to VetCT specialists 24/7. No on-call duty; OOH covered by MiNightVet. RCVS, VDS, and additional memberships covered. Generous staff discount, pension scheme, and BUPA Employee Wellbeing Scheme. Competitive salary range of £48,000-£85,000, dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offer to cover any existing CPD debt.
