The Role:
You need to be a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to their growing client support team. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to both clients and financial planners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing client reports and annual review packs
2. Processing new business applications
3. Handling client and adviser queries efficiently
4. Managing phone calls and administrative support tasks
To qualify you need to have:
1. Experience in financial services within an administrative role is essential
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks
3. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
4. Knowledge of Intelligent Office (advantageous but not essential)
5. Familiarity with Abrdn/Standard Life Wrap (training provided)
