Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in Bellshill, ML4 3NJ on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
1. Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
2. Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
3. Complete all relevant paperwork in relation to PPM, reactive and breakdown works.
4. Update CAFM system in real time providing full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required.
5. Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
6. Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours, taking part in the regional on-call rota
7. There will be a requirement to work out of hours to fulfil our maintenance commitments of our customers.
8. Any other task as directed by the contract manager

Who are we looking for?
21. A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
22. FGas certification essential
23. Trade qualified AC Engineer with appropriate post apprenticeship experience desirable.
24. Must have a full clean drivers licence.
25. Legionella awareness (preferable can provide training)
26. Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential)
27. MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
28. First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
29. Computer literate
30. Good communicator
31. Able to deal diplomatically with the clients demanding personnel
32. Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
33. Able to work as part of a team
34. Flexible and adaptable to change
35. Fluent in English both written and oral.
36. Must be available to participate in an out of hours standby rota.
