Our client is a leading and forward-thinking organisation offering a range of construction-related services including Waste Management, Material Supply and Equipment Hire services. They provide a centralised hub that offers their construction customers (both residential and commercial) the most comprehensive services, tools and materials for their construction sites. Due to continued growth of the organisation, they’re now looking to create the role of a Sales Manager
The role of a sales manager will be to both manage the internal sales team as well as responding to inbound enquiries usually from the website or calls coming into the offices and will come with the following responsibilities:
* Oversee the quality and compliance of the sales team and their orders to empower the customer journey and achieve excellence
* Take on escalated queries for team members to reduce the amount of time away from the desk, putting focus back on selling
* Lead by example by being fully compliant with all company processes and procedures, helping to guide the team to reach these same standards at all times
