Package: £30,000 - £40,000, plus competitive bonus and excellent benefits package with hybrid working
My client based in St Albans is a well-established independent firm of Financial Advisers, who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of non-jargon-based advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and Protections to clients across Hertfordshire. Having worked closely with this firm for over 6 years, we have seen them grow organically and have placed a number of people with them, who have thrived under their support and management. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a proactive Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to enhance their client outreach and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation:
o Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
o Manage and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
o Identify new opportunities through research, industry events, and partnerships.
* Content & Digital Marketing:
o Create and manage engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and newsletters.
o Collaborate with financial advisers to produce educational and promotional materials.
o Oversee SEO and website performance to improve visibility and engagement.
* CRM & Database Management:
o Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
o Segment and nurture leads through automated email campaigns and follow-ups.
* Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
o Present regular reports on lead generation and marketing ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development (ideally within financial services or a regulated industry).
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
