Internal Account Manager
I am working with a market leader in conveyancing products and services. They are a dynamic, fast-growing company looking for an Internal Account Manager who is passionate, ambitious, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Day-to-day of the role of the internal account manager:
* Manage and retain an account portfolio to exceed growth targets.
* Identify opportunities for account growth by engaging new users, winning back competitive accounts, and gaining referrals.
* Develop and execute a consultative sales strategy.
* Ensure effective implementation of all new customers to guarantee ongoing usage and growth.
* Deliver against all agreed company and department KPIs and service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the internal account manager:
* Proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales role with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* A basic understanding of professional account selling.
* Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
