Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and HR? A renowned Oxford college is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a dual role that combines payroll processing and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Management (4 days/week) Process monthly payroll and RTI submissions
* Handle statutory reports and HMRC returns
* Manage employee lifecycle changes in payroll systems
* Administer pension contributions and auto-enrolment
* HR Administration (1 day/week) Support new starter on-boarding processes
* Assist with recruitment and training administration
* Maintain HR systems and data
* Administer employee benefits and reward schemes
Ideal Candidate:
* 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)
* Customer-centric with outstanding communication abilities
* Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
