Location: Flexible across York or Gatwick (Hybrid)

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join Nespresso as a B2B Sales Support Specialist. The role of the B2B Sales Support Specialist covers two main areas; providing reporting and administrative support to the B2B commercial team, and managing projects for the commercial department through their full life cycle, being the single point of contact across the business.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate credibly with stakeholders across the business and the self-motivation to drive projects through to conclusion.
A day in the life of a B2B Sales Support Specialist…
As a B2B Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with multiple teams throughout the business, including HQ, to project manage improvement initiatives to processes and ways of working. Additionally, providing support to the sales team to maximize the effectiveness of the sales and marketing activities.
You will also be responsible for:
1. The creation and distribution of both scheduled and ad-hoc reports
2. Providing administrative support to the Commercial B2B team
3. Management of the sales lead tracking software, C4C
4. Contribute to the improvement of processes, organisational capability and lead generation in UK market
5. Actively participate and drive the end-to-end execution of projects, both locally and HQ led
6. Leading training sessions with regards to new projects, processes and ways of working
What will make you successful?
As a single point of contact for key projects across the business, as well as being part of the go-to team for the B2B Commercial team, you will be curious, show initiative and have a strong work ethic. Other key skills and experiences include:
1. Intermediate Excel skills are essential
2. Good communication skills are essential, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally.
3. Committed to providing high quality, in-depth support
4. Problem-solving capabilities with a can-do attitude
5. Good time management, attention to detail plus a sense of responsibility and accountability.
6. Highly motivated and able to work independently as part of a fast-paced team.
7. Previous experience of managing projects would be beneficial
8. Nessoft experience would be an advantage
9. Knowledge of B2B would be an advantage
