What We’re Looking For: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration. Previous experience working in a secure or rehabilitation mental health setting. Leadership experience or a strong interest in mentoring and developing junior staff. Excellent communication, clinical, and decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the delivery of person-centred care for individuals with complex mental health conditions. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior nurses and healthcare staff. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
