The role:
Opportunity for an Incentives Senior Associate 6+ years PQE to join a diverse practice, to be based out of Bristol. Servicing a range of clients including tech start-ups, global organisations, and public-listed companies, this team advises on all aspects of employee benefits, incentive plans, cross-border benefits, trusts, and share plans.
In line with organic growth, they are looking to welcome a Senior Associate into the team to get involved in all aspects of the design, implementation, and operation of reward structures and equity incentive plans.
This role would suit an existing incentives lawyer, or someone practicing within corporate/tax/employment space looking to specialise in this vibrant area of law. Alternatively, you may have trained in-house with an accountancy firm and want to experience the world of private practice.
The ideal candidate:
1. Incentives Senior Associate 6+ years PQE with a corporate/tax/incentives skill-set
2. Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
3. Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
