This is a 6 month contract opportunity starting ASAP Day to Day Tasks for the Project Manager You will be working on large projects across a leading retail client These projects will typically encompass IT systems, infrastructure, 'roll outs' application development and management, systems migration and service provision Need to understand the scope of works - review drawings, programmes, emails, not always clear Contact the appropriate suppliers to request quotes Prepare and submit quotes Update commercial register Produce purchase orders Schedule/invoice the works Check if completed, deal with issues/snags, revisits if necessary, re-quote if scope changes Works will be allocated to you/you will receive direct engagement once established What are we looking for? The successful Project Manager will have: Hands on Retail Project Management experience is essential Prince 2 accredited Works well under pressure Good stakeholder management Time management Strong organisational skills Able to work independently as well as within a team Be commutable to Milton Keynes Working Hours You will be working Monday-Friday, 9-5 (flexibility will be required) The role will be a mixture of office based and remote working. You may need to travel to stores as and when required What are the rates?
