As we prepare to join Crompton House Multi Academy Trust on 1st February 2025, Thornham St. James is embracing a new chapter in its journey of excellence. We are seeking a positive, self-motivated and well-organised Site Manager to join our dedicated team.
In this vital role, you will take responsibility for the health and safety, cleanliness, maintenance and security of our school premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both pupils and staff.

The successful candidates must be:
* organised, self-motivated and can work on own initiative
* efficient and flexible
* organised and can carry out minor building maintenance and improvements and manage small projects
* knowledgeable in a range of health and safety procedures
* competent in site safety and security
* a good communicator, who can work well within a team

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. The exact working pattern will be agreed upon during the interview process and will include occasional ad-hoc hours outside the regular working pattern to meet the needs of the school. The role of a Site Manager in primary schools typically involves a split-shift schedule.
