1:1 Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – Benefits:

11. To work from the beginning to end of the day specifically allocated to a single child who has been thus far home-schooled, with significant gaps in learning
12. To bridge the existing gap in terms of academic progress, along with general communication and the pronunciation of words
13. The provision of emotional support
14. To forge seamlessly a positive working relationship wherein the child trusts you to encourage from them the changes necessary
15. To run specific intervention classes in Literacy and Numeracy
16. Sociable hours of 0830 – 1530 weekdays (no weekends)

1:1 Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – Pre-Requisites:
19. High-calibre Degree from an elite British University
20. Experience in teaching small Intervention Sessions
21. Empathetic disposition and collaborative attitude
22. Confident and communicative personality type
23. Previous work with children necessary
24. DBS on the Update Service
25. Passion for education and in the emotional progression of young people in crucial stages of development
