Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of surveying plans and documentation.
Conduct field surveys using various surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
Collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography for analysis.
Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports.
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy in measurements.
Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to interpret survey results.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards.
Requirements
Associate degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of land surveying principles and practices.
Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in a surveying or technical role is an advantage.
