Our established Patient Experience team require an enthusiastic Patient Experience Support Officer. This is a fantastic role where you will be in a position to impact on the services we deliver by supporting the wider team and divisions to understand patient feedback which drives service improvements at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
• Be a point of contact for patients, their families and carers and to work alongside colleagues to help people with any questions or concerns they have about their care
• Liaise with colleagues to help find solutions to any problems raised by patients and their families.
• Ensure patients, carers and the public have access to timely and high quality information, advice and signposting to departments and services.
• The post holder will work closely with all departments across the Trust, reporting directly to the Patient Experience Manager, and liaising with local Healthwatch, patient representatives, patient focus groups, other relevant stakeholders, and external partners.
Working as part of the patient experience and support team, the post will also participate in a range of patient experience activities and events.
