Key Responsibilities Lead cyber security purchase request process, partnering with procurement and finance to ensure purchases are within budget, and software renewals are completed before the expiry date to avoid service disruptions. Manage resource request process and liaise with HR talent acquisition team to fulfilment. Partner with HR to ensure open positions are filled with qualified candidates in a timely manner. Provide regular resourcing updates to senior leaders on their resourcing requirements, team skill sets, and hiring statuses to avoid escalations and ad hoc inquiries. Develop and implement standardized position descriptions based on established cyber work roles. Partner with other members of the SSP project management team to cohesively manage project finances and overall impact to Corporate Security financials. Create and maintain strategic operations process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Plan and facilitate internal training for Corporate Security department, maintaining records and training materials in central repositories. Lead communications, including employee presentations for 800 team members of Corporate Security. Develop and lead innovative reward & recognition, in alignment with company policy and corporate programs. Assess Security workforce capability needs, including identifying new skill sets required to meet emerging technologies. Strong sense of integrity and duty to report non-compliance. Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience Recruitment, hiring experience required. Procurement, expense tracking and reporting experience required. Supplier or vendor management experience Ability to develop and document new processes. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads; ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity. Structured problem-solving skills and ability to be highly organized. Excellent written and oral communication skill. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a global matrixed organization and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Preferred Skills Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with Ariba a plus.
