* Develop and maintain schedules and timelines
* Analyze workflows and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive maintenance and technical documents, schedules, and reports
* Proficiently use MS Office to create reports, schedules, and other documents related to maintenance activities
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks
* Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration within the teams.
Minimum essential qualifications/experience and role requirements:
* IT Qualification in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or similar
* Experience in IT Systems, data analytics, or similar
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Proficient in the use and administration of Microsoft Office 365
* Experience of using SharePoint for document management
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
