Our client is recruiting for an Office & Facilities Manager, the primary place of work and main focus will be our HQ in Abingdon. However, you will also have oversight of our other four premises across the UK & Ireland (Wakefield, Port Glasgow, Dublin, and Wales), ensuring they are well maintained and compliant with necessary regulations. This role is office based but can be 4 days a week.This role can be full time or part time, depending on the right candidate. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:- Office Management Office & Facilities Manager: * Oversee all aspects of day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is fully stocked with necessary supplies, such as stationery, kitchen essentials, and IT peripherals.* Manage relationships with key office service providers, including cleaners, waste management, and utilities suppliers.* Act as the first point of contact for incoming post, deliveries, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.* Answer and manage the guest phone, directing calls as appropriate.* Ensure a clean, organised, and functional office environment, proactively resolving any operational challenges.* Act as the primary point of contact for any office-related issues and resolve any operational challenges promptly.
