REED Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a School Admin Officer, to work in the school office of a Primary School (ages 4 - 9 years) based near Wimborne. This is a part time Temp to Permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 1pm (Term time only). Please see below: Admin Officer (Part Time: 8.30am - 1pm, Monday to Friday) £13.05 per hour (Temp to perm opportunity) Start Date - 23rd April (includes time to complete full compliance checks Enhanced DBS). TEMP to PERM opportunity Role: Receive visitors, callers and inquiries, deal courteously and efficiently with all visitors, parents, local authority officials, medical officers, suppliers etc. To deal effectively with telephone calls, transferring callers to relevant staff and taking and passing on messages when required. Receive all incoming calls/emails to the school, responding to, routing/taking messages. Obtain or make outgoing calls as requested. Communicate and contact parents using Parentmail and telephone. Raising invoices, dealing with purchase orders, reconciling the credit card Requirements You must have great communication skills, with the ability to multi task and deal with incoming queries effectively.
