Consulting Director - Energy/Utilities
I am collaborating with a market-leading boutique Energy/Utilities Consultancy, actively searching for a Director with prior Water Utilities Consulting experience.

Your Essential Experience:
* Operated at Director-level in consultancy
* Experience working with Water Utilities clients
* Track record of selling consulting services into Water Utilities clients
* Ability to manage a team; mentor and develop colleagues
* Business development/Commercial skills
* Broad skillset across Transformation, Ops Turnaround and Process Improvement
If the above applies, your role could encompass four key responsibilities:
* Delivery: Managing consulting engagements within Energy/Utilities
* Commercial & Relationship Management; managing stakeholders to maximise profitability
* Business Development: using existing networks and growth potential
* Quality Assurance – supporting technological advancements and current processes
Salary & Benefits:
* Base salary range of £110,000-£125,000
* Bonus structure (circa 40%) - Package over £250k
* Biannual bonus scheme (in line with performance reviews)
* 33 days holidays (25 days plus 8 bank holidays) and a holiday purchase scheme
* Receive 1 additional day of holiday per year after 2 years of service (up to 5 extra days)
