FP&A Manager/ Finance Business Partner | SaaS, London based | Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & equity.
I am currently partnering with a high growth SaaS company looking to bring an FP&A Manager to set up their function, this will report to the CFO. This role will be hands-on in a growing company, roughly 60 heads currently, and you will have lots of exposure across the C-suite.
My client is well funded and very profitable. This role will include building out the finance team and bringing in more heads. You would have ideally worked in a SaaS/ Fintech previously and you need to be qualified either ACA/ACCA/CIMA. You will need to have worked with the sales team on driving KPI's and reporting this back to improve the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic business partnering with our international Sales & Marketing teams to track and manage pipeline developments and drive strong company growth.
2. Working effectively and collaboratively with other international teams to analyse core KPI's and SaaS metrics and use them to drive company performance.
3. Helping build decision-influencing board & leadership decks, succinctly and powerfully summarising the business' aims and strategy.
4. Support in any future funding rounds and then become the go-to person in the future.
5. Creating and maintaining Excel models for budgeting & forecasting.
6. Support & ultimately own key processes around management reporting.
7. Working closely with relevant suppliers and sourcing cost-effective new service providers to support business growth.
8. Other ad hoc responsibilities as may be requested by the C-suite.
I am looking for an ambitious individual who can operate autonomously, but likewise enjoys contributing to the team with new ideas or sharing of knowledge. Attitude and strong work ethic are key. This will be a very rewarding role with many opportunities to develop and grow with the company.
You will need to have a good understanding of SaaS metrics and be comfortable working with the senior leadership delivering results.
