providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
team are looking for a Premises Assistant to join the team on one of our projects in Bristol. The purpose of the role will be to ensure that Building Services operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Skanska business processes. Services to be delivered with high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all sites remain compliant.
What you'll do:
To Manage the Premises Assistance in the provision of all related services within the school location.
To work in conjunction with Lead engineers to ensure both reactive and PPM works are completed within the specified timeframe.
To comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
To ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as determined by the contract PPM plan, SLA’s, KPI’s and line manager.
Manage and oversee the delivery and control of materials and stock to ensure budgets are maintained whilst having a sufficient stock of parts and materials in order minimise potential for unavailability or service performance deductions.
What you'll bring to the role:
Experience of FM service delivery
Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and COSHH
ISOH Managing Safely
Experience of building maintenance systems
