Strategic Talent Marketing Manager (Talent Attraction Manager)

Here’s what you’ll get to do:
* Develop e2e strategic global digital media plans in strong collaboration with our client partners and in-house creative team to attract talent across varying industries.
* Work with internal and external talent stakeholders, client partners, in-house creative team, performance media vendors, and our procurement team when executing strategic digital media plans.
* Analyze and utilize data from our Market Intelligence team to help build data-driven strategies.
* Ensure the strategy is executed effectively and efficiently by working closely with our programmatic specialists.
* Visualize and present data and analysis of performance, ensuring that Client Partners and Clients are aware of the successes and opportunities of the marketing activities.
Here is what you’ll bring:
* Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience and confidence.
* Experience in designing and managing end-to-end digital performance-based campaigns and strategies.
* Experience in managing campaigns that include paid social, programmatic job distribution, search, and display, as well as an understanding of reporting and analytics.
* Understanding of technical requirements for tracking media, including UTM-tracking and pixel placement.
* Professional level of written and spoken English communication skills.
* Experience using professional online tools, such as the Google suite of applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides).
* Experience using 3rd-party vendors, such as Joveo, Appcast, Gaia, and Adway.
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within Recruitment Marketing.
