Tobin is a great young man with a committed team around him, looking to add a support worker to his team. He lives in his own home and is usually active during the day. He enjoys the outdoors and loves an adrenaline rush. His favourite activities include swimming, walking, and visiting adventure areas. During downtime, he likes to watch Star Wars and Marvel movies and enjoys a crumpet with peanut butter.
As a support worker, you will assist Tobin in participating in various activities he enjoys. Tobin is a good sleeper but has Epilepsy, so staff will need to keep an eye on him at night. There will always be two people working with Tobin. You are expected to use initiative, work as part of a team, and provide consistency for Tobin.
