A newly created role as Commercial/Business Analyst, this is a key role working with the SLT and Product teams to aid business decisions through data insights, providing Financial and Commercial insight and analysis, to support product planning, tour utilization and pricing decision making. Identifying the reporting requirements, building out full reporting capabilities to significantly improve the availability and quality of the data across the business. You will be responsible for designing and developing all the commercial reporting and implementing full use of Power BI and effective reporting tools. Optimising and automating reporting solutions and continuing to develop and enhance effectiveness and drive best practice. You'll create reporting that provides weekly reviews of tour utilisation, identifying and recommending approach to optimise tour performance. Develop reporting for pricing strategies and create and report on regular targets and forecast to drive profitability. We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially focused individual, to take ownership of the full suite of reporting & analysis. This is a newly created role therefore, the initial focus will be to bring in best practice and set up the required reporting and commercial storytelling opportunities through your knowledge of data led systems. Implementing the right technical/reporting solutions to drive the business goals. The role requires expert knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel, with a strong analytical, inquisitive, positive problem solving mindset. A great role with the ability to add real value and impact.
